Pennsylvania’s largest trade union has submitted a counter proposal for the private management of the Pennsylvania Lottery, which it claims would generated greater profits over the course of the agreement compared to Camelot’s bid.
Council 13 of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) has a union membership of approximately 65,000 in Pennsylvania, including 174 members whose jobs would be directly threatened by the private management agreement (PMA) of the Pennsylvania Lottery.
