An exclusive marketing agreement between online gaming operator 888, Treasure Island and tavern and casino operator Golden Gaming, which will allow Nevada customers to sign up for online poker from the latter’s venues, has been given preliminary approval by the state’s Gaming Control Board.

Under the terms of the agreement Golden Gaming can sign up customers from its three casinos in the town of Pahrump and 40 taverns across the state of Nevada to play on the Treasure Island-branded poker site operated by 888, as well as 888's own poker site. Revenues derived from players  signing up through Golden Gaming-owned venues will be shared between the three companies.
