Leading Italian gaming operator Lottomatica has gone live with a selection of online and mobile games from Swedish online casino games developer Net Entertainment.

The commercial launch follows the signing of a license agreement between the two companies earlier this year in July.

Net Entertainment has delivered a range of casinos games for the regulated Italian online gaming market to Lottomatica’s online brands Lottomatica.it and Totosi.it. Additional games will be released over time to enhance the offerings.

“We are delighted to have gone live with Lottomatica, allowing them to cross-sell our top online casino game titles through Lottomatica.it and Totosi.it channels,” said Björn Krantz, Net Entertainment Malta’ managing director and chief of global marketing operations. “Both parties have worked very closely to integrate the Net Entertainment Casino into Lottomatica’s operational environment, and we are very happy for Lottomatica, and its players who will now be able to experience the very best online casino games on the local Italian market.”

Shares in Net Entertainment AB (Co. Data) (OMX:NET-B) are currently trading down 1.14 per cent at SEK130.00 per share as at 10:22 CET in Stockholm this morning.
