Online gaming technology and services provider Playtech has entered into an agreement with Casino Technology, which will see a number of games from the Bulgarian developer featured across Playtech’s platforms.
The deal allows Playtech to feature five of Casino Technology's most popular game titles across all Playtech platforms during 2014, including mobile, tablet and desktop devices. All five games will also be available through Playtech's retail subsidiary Videobet.
Playtech chief operating officer Shay Segev said that the company was “extremely excited” to work with Casino Technology.
“As a proven games expert in the European market we are certain the games offered by Casino Technology through our channels will provide a strong competitive advantage to our licensees and will allow them to attract additional players across all platforms,” said Segev. “We strongly believe the integration of Casino technology's games with our cross-platform solution will create the ultimate player experience and will contribute tremendously to our one stop shop solution and retail offering in particular.”
Rossi McKee, Casino Technology's vice president of marketing, added: “Expansion on the global market space and popularisation of the products through convergence platforms is lining up with the new objectives that Casino Technology has committed at its 15th anniversary and we are very happy that the first step was made with such a renowned and trustful partner like Playtech.”
The games will be presented next week at London’s ICE exhibition, where Casino Technology will also unveil its Leopard online gaming platform.
Casino Technology was founded by president and CEO Milo Borissov, and awarded a licence by the Bulgarian Gaming Board in 1999. It launched its new Interactive division this year, hoping to deliver a convergence platform for operators to distribute games across multiple channels.
Games currently available for online play include Purple Hot, Mountain Song, Jade Heaven and Caribbean Adventure among others.
