Full Tilt Poker has launched a fully optimised mobile variant of its fast-fold poker game Rush Poker for iOS and Android devices.
The app features No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha games in free-play and real-money modes, with a game lobby designed to allow players to access a table in just two taps.
The fast-fold game sees players move from table to table each time they fold a hand. It has recently been updated with an even faster variant, Adrenaline Rush, which is also available through the app.
In Adrenaline Rush all betting takes place pre-flop, with players only able to raise or fold once they are dealt their cards. The operator claims the game allows users to play more hands per hour of poker than any other game.
Full Tilt head of marketing Sarne Lightman said the company was committed to finding ways to constantly update and improve its offering. He added that rather than simply port Rush Poker to mobile, the app had been developed specifically for play on mobile phones.
“The fast-action formats and quick access lobby mean you can get in on the action in seconds, and fit in tons of hands no matter how long you have to spare, even if it’s just a few minutes at the bus stop,” Lightman added.
Since its launch three years ago, Rush Poker has inspired a wide variety of similar products, including bwin.party’s Fastforward Poker; Playtech’s Sprint Poker and Microgaming’s Blaze Poker.
