South Point Casino has become the third operator to launch a real-money online poker offering in the US state of Nevada through its RealGaming.com brand.

RealGaming.com follows in the footsteps of Caesars’ WSOP.com and Ultimate Gaming’s Ultimatepoker.com, which launched last year, and is just the third online poker website to go live in Nevada since the market was opened.

It offers players over the age of 21 games including Limit, No Limit and Pot Limit Texas Hold’em, as well as Fast Tables which are designed to run at a faster pace than a standard table. An HTML5 version is also available for mobile players using iOS and Android devices.

Owned by Michael Gaughan, South Point was one of the first to publicly support online gaming, launching a free-to-play online poker offering in October 2011 through a partnership with Zen Entertainment.

“It's a great accomplishment and honour to offer the first online poker room branded by a Nevada-licensed, land based casino property,” said Gaughan at the time.

More than two years later, customers can finally take part in South Point’s real-money offering, which operates under the Real Gaming brand and has been developed through its own platform in-house.
