Swedish casino games developer Play’n GO has launched its products in the Italian iGaming market through its partnership with local operator Microgame.

The games have been adapted and localised for Italian players and are available for iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices, as well as in Flash for desktop use.

They games will be available for Italian players via Microgame and its platform partners, which together operate more than 100 gaming sites.

“We are very excited to be the first to offer Play’n GO innovative games on the Italian market and we look forward to growing the dot.it online casino market, especially on mobile devices,” Microgame general manager Marco Castaldo commented.

Play’n GO chief executive Johan Törnqvist described the launch of his company’s premium casino games in Italy as “yet another important milestone” that will aid the supplier’s further growth.

“It is hard to find a better suited partner than Microgame to launch with – as we will reach out on more than 100 sites in one go,” he said. “We look forward to build a long and successful partnership with Microgame.”

The games have been rolled out after being certified by Italy’s regulatory authorities, with the deal between the companies originally agreed in November last year.

This is the second major launch for Play’n GO this year, after Malta-licensed operator ComeOn rolled out the supplier’s portfolio in June. The company has also agreed a deal to supply Olympian Group with its products.
