Danish amusement park operator Tivoli A/S has followed the roll-out of its online gaming brand in Denmark with the launch of a dot.com offering on Play’n GO’s iGaming platform.

TivoliCasino.com has launched with Play'n GO's Gaming Account Toolkit (GAT) platform - which allows operators to integrate third-party content, business intelligence solutions and localised payment options - with the supplier also providing a selection of online casino games.

The two companies already work together in the Danish market, having agreed a partnership in July 2012.

”With the launch of TivoliCasino.com, we are incredibly excited to be able to offer our guests the unique Tivoli experience, not just in Denmark, but all over the world,” Tivoli’s vice president and head of gaming Lars Dam-Johnsen commented.

“It was the natural choice for us to yet again select Play’n GO to supply the backbone for this operation,” he added.

Play’n GO business development director Robert Skogh said he was pleased that his company had again been selected as the platform provider for Tivoli.

“With a dedicated team of developers focusing on the continuous development of the platform we will continue to deliver a true best-of-breed solution that is already today used by a range of well-established operators,” Skogh explained.

“I am certain that Tivoli will continue its online growth and wish them the best of luck with their new international venture,” he added.

The launch sees the Tivoli brand rolled out internationally for the first time, with the company having entered the iGaming sector with the opening of the Danish market in 2012.

The amusement park itself, Tivoli Gardens, was opened in 1843 and is the most-visited theme park in Scandinavia and the fourth most-visited in Europe.
