Caesars Entertainment has launched the Treasure Hunt, a cross-channel campaign which the operator claims to be the first joint online and offline promotion launched in New Jersey.

Treasure Hunt runs until September 30th, offering New Jersey players the chance to win more than $40,000 in cash and prizes by completing weekly challenges.

Each player to complete all weekly challenges will be invited to participate in a live treasure hunt, which will be held at the Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on October 18th.

For each weekly challenge a user completes, they will receive $25 in bonus funds and gain entry to the weekly draw for a share of $800 in bonus play prizes, as well as entry to the next week’s challenge.

For the first week they have to make a $75 deposit and wager $150 on any games available on the HarrahsCasino site. The second week sees players required to make a further $75 eposit and play at least $20 on two days in the week.

In week three the promotion requires players to make another $75 deposit and play through $20 on three games. This effectively means players would have to deposit at least $225 to play through the game.

“This innovative campaign bridges the digital and physical worlds that will create a consumer experience the industry has not yet seen,” vice president of integrated marketing Adrian Bailey commented.
