Boyd Gaming has become the latest casino operator to launch a mobile sports betting app in Nevada, with the offering available through the company’s B Connected player loyalty programme.

The player loyalty programme has a mobile app, B Connected Mobile, which links customers to 14 of Boyd’s properties across the US including Las Vegas, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana and Mississippi, delivering customised news and offers across a range of mobile devices.

This app has been updated to bring the “excitement” of a Boyd sportsbook to smartphone devices.

B Connected Sports allows players to check the latest odds and bet on college and professional games and events across the state.

To access the app, customers must first registered at one of Boyd’s six sportsbooks in Nevada - The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Sam’s Town Las Vegas, California, and Fremont.

Players must be located within the state of Nevada when placing bets. Winnings can be cashed out at any Boyd sportsbook.

Boyd becomes the latest operator to launch mobile sports betting in the state, following in the footsteps of South Point, Station Casinos, William Hill, and Cantor Gaming.
