Las Vegas-based sportsbook software supplier Metric Gaming has signed a deal to deploy Betradar's Live Scouting Service and Remote Game Server to enhance its high-speed betting product SuperLive.
Metric will use the Live Scouting Service as an information source to strengthen its in-play trading operation and expand the number of sports available through the SuperLive product.
SuperLive currently offers odds on sports such as golf and football and is based around rapid-fire, in-play bets, with customers wagering on what will happen next in a sporting event.
As well as using the Live Scouting Service, Metric will also integrate its products into Betradar's Remote Game Server (RGS), which will allow it to launch with new and existing clients through a single integration.
Sportradar managing director of sales Erik Lorenz said he was pleased to add Metric to the company's portfolio of Live Scouting partners, with more than 150 bookmaking clients already using the service.
“We are convinced that together we can shape future developments and play an active part in the creation of an even more exciting live betting offering for the worldwide market,” Lorenz explained.
“Betradar’s impressive suite of live sports data services, particularly for US sports, perfectly complements Metric’s SuperLive platform, which requires reliable and comprehensive up-to-the-second data to provide its unique in-game sports wagering markets,” Metric president and chief executive Peter Bertilsson added.
“Sportradar’s innovative Remote Game Server also offers a compelling distribution channel for Metric’s products, making this a partnership in the truest sense of the word.”
