A Swedish customer playing on LeoVegas.com has won a record jackpot playing Mega Fortune Touch, the popular mobile game created by casino content supplier Net Entertainment.

The player took home €5.7m, the largest pooled prize to be won on a mobile device, from a bet of just €1.30, with the win coinciding with the third anniversary of LeoVegas.com’s launch.

It becomes the second major jackpot to be won by a LeoVegas player on Mega Fortune Touch, after another customer scooped a €2.4m jackpot playing the game in September last year.

Net Ent chief product officer Simon Hammon said it was a privilege to announce that Mega Fortune had paid out the largest-ever mobile jackpot.

“This is the second big win on LeoVegas.com and it underlines the huge profit potential of our pooled jackpot portfolio,” he explained.

The win marks the latest jackpot record to be broken by Mega Fortune Touch, which is also the current Guinness World Record holder for the largest sum to be paid out by an online slot game. In January 2013, a player took home a €17.8m prize.
