Microgaming has launched Quickfire iQ, a game management solution designed to provide operators with a full suite of products to manage and monetise players.

Quickfire iQ provides clients with a selection of different components such as business intelligence, game settings, incentives, free games, player segmentation and achievements and recommendations, allowing companies to alter the placement of content on iGaming sites and monetise players.

The solution is available for desktop and mobile products, and has been built to seamlessly integrate with third party systems.

Microgaming’s head of product channels, Neill Whyte, said that managing players is crucial to running a successful online casino operation, prompting the launch of Quickfire iQ.

“This high-tech module will provide our Quickfire operators with every tool imaginable to manage players playing our games,” he explained. “This in turn will enable them to offer the very best gaming experience.”

Quickfire iQ is the latest new feature to be rolled out by Microgaming as it looks to enhance its product offering, with the company launching its Babelfish advanced programme interface (API) for its poker product last month.
