Intertain has confirmed that it is exploring the possibility of listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), while strengthening its board with the appointments of former Gala Coral Group chairman Neil Goulden as chairman and ex-Sportingbet CEO Andrew McIver as chief executive.
The Toronto-listed operator believes that the UK is its “natural home” for a listing, particularly following its acquisition of the Jackpotjoy business from Gamesys last year.
