Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) is set to kick off the process to award a single licence to operate a tote betting service in the country.
The recipient will become the Netherlands' sole tote betting licensee, able to offer odds on horse racing and trotting, as set out in Section IV of the Dutch Betting and Gaming Act.
