Greek gaming operator and supplier Intralot has completed the sale of a majority stake in its Peruvian business for US$68.7m.
The company has sold an 80 per cent stake in Intralot de Peru to NG Entertainment Peru, but will maintain a 20 per cent holding and continue to provide the division with systems and services.
