Virtual games developer Kiron Interactive has launched its products in the Italian online gaming market after expanding its existing retail distribution deal with local operator SISAL.

Kiron became the first supplier to be approved to offer virtual products in the Italian market two years ago, agreeing a deal to roll out its content in more than 4,000 of SISAL’s points of sale in December 2013.

With the games having proved successful over the past 18 months, the companies have now expanded their relationship to offer the games online.

Kiron has recently made a number of updates to its product portfolio, launching a third iteration of its greyhound racing game and adding a new dirt track to the thoroughbred horse racing title. This was followed by the release of a new jumps racing game, and a single-seater motor racing product.

“I’m delighted that SISAL have chosen to offer our games to their online customers,” Kiron co-chief executive Steven Spartinos said. “They’ve performed exceptionally well against their competitors and this is a great vote of confidence.

“It is also a great endorsement of virtuals as a multi-channel product in general, both in established markets and emerging ones.”

A selection of products including virtual racing games as well as the Fantastic League football product, licensed from VSoftCo, will be among the first titles launched online and on mobile devices for SISAL customers.

Marco Tiso, Online Gaming Business Manager of, said: “We are proud to announce that we have extended our gaming offer which will now be including Kiron Interactive games. With this launch Sisal confirms its leadership in the Italian market in terms of customer share and number of games offered."
