Stockholm-listed gaming operator and supplier Cherry has agreed to acquire an initial 25 per cent stake in virtual sports developer Highlight Games.
Cherry will pay an initial £2.4m for the 25 per cent stake, primarily made up of newly issued shares, and will gain the option to increase its shareholding to 51 per cent.
