Australian digital marketing solutions provider OtherLevels has signed a deal to supply its platform to bwin.party to help the operator develop customer engagement across its mobile products.

The deal will see the operator use OtherLevels’ platform to extend its digital communication on mobile. It will bolster its mobile messaging capabilities and allow the operator to engage users with more relevant and timely content, as well as gaining much greater insight into customer behaviour.

The solution will launch across major bwin.party brands such as bwin, partypoker, partycasino and Foxy Bingo.

OtherLevels has begun to gain traction in the online gaming sector, restructuring its business to drive sales and grow its customer base after announcing an initiative to expand into the US and European betting and gaming markets.

This year it has already inked deals with US gaming giant Tropicana Entertainment and UK licensee Gametech. It also works with a range of gaming clients such as Betfred, Ladbrokes, Matchbook, UK National Lottery operator Camelot and Australia’s Tatts Group.
