Premier League side Chelsea FC has unveiled William Hill as its new official betting partner, the third deal this week for the UK bookmaker.

The three-year deal sees the operator replace BetVictor as the club's main betting partner. The agreement will last until the end of the 2018-19 season, with William Hill branding displayed on pitchside advertising boards and across the club’s digital channels.

As well as offering odds through its website and smartphone apps, William Hill will operate match day betting services at the club’s Stamford Bridge stadium in London.

The club finished in a disappointing tenth place in the 2015-16 season, having won the league the previous season under manager Jose Mourinho. It will begin this campaign led by former Italian national team and Juventus manager Antonio Conte.

Earlier this week, William Hill entered into similar betting partnerships with Premier League football clubs Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.

"We are very happy to be working alongside William Hill for the next three years," Chelsea managing director Christian Purslow said. "They are one of the most recognised and trusted brands in the betting industry and it’s great to have another blue chip company on our list of partners.

"We are sure Chelsea fans around the world will be able to benefit from their exciting and exclusive offers.”

William Hill chief marketing officer Alex O’Shaughnessy added: "We are delighted to be forming this exciting partnership with Chelsea Football Club. They are one of the most successful and popular clubs in the world, and have built an atmosphere of success both on and off the pitch.

"We’re excited to start working with the club and engaging with their loyal fans."
