UK betting and gaming operator Ladbrokes has been told by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to ensure it does not omit key terms and conditions from future promotional materials after an ad targeting new customers was found to be have been misleading.

The ASA issued the warning after a complainant challenged whether an online promotion, published on the Ladbrokes News microsite during Euro 2016, had misled customers. It comes just one week after a Ladbrokes email promotion including Marvel's Iron Man was found to have particular appeal to children and young people.
