Continuing its recent M&A splurge, Stockholm-listed Catena Media has acquired Italian gaming affiliate ASAP ITALIA for €16m.
The company will pay an up-front initial cash payment of €12.5m for the business, together with a €3.5m deferred consideration after 12 months, adding what it describes as Italy’s largest lead generator to its portfolio.
