London-listed betting and gaming operator William Hill has agreed to extend its betting partnership with Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.

The multi-year deal expands on a partnership that began two years ago, when William Hill became the club's official betting partner for European markets over the 2016-17 season.

The new agreement sees William Hill continue to benefit from brand exposure across the club's digital channels, as well as via in-stadium perimeter advertising boards during home games.

"We are delighted to extend our partnership with Tottenham Hotspur," said William Hill's newly appointed chief digital officer Ulrik Bengtsson. "We have built strong ties with the club, staff and the fans over the past two seasons and we are excited to grow our relationship as the club enters a significant chapter in their history with the move into their new stadium."

Through the club's charitable body, the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, the bookmaker has invested in a number of social projects for the Haringey community during the past two years, including the Tottenham Hotspur Elevator Programme which helps young people find employment.

This collaboration is set to continue following the extension of the partnership through William Hill’s Close to HOME campaign, which seeks to make social impact in local communities.
