Stockholm-listed iGaming operator Global Gaming has launched a new marketing campaign for its Ninja Casino brand in Finland.

The campaign has been launched in partnership with Finnish professional racing driver Mika Salo, and runs until summer 2019. It will feature a wide range of initiatives, including TV commercials and local meet and greet events.

Additionally, a series of competitions and raffles are planned where the lucky winners will be accompanied by Salo on F1 trips and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime VIP experience. The former Formula One driver will also be chatting with followers on the Ninja Casino Facebook page on a regular basis throughout the campaign.

Global Gaming country manager for Finland Jussi Hietaranta added: "We are thrilled at this fantastic opportunity and look forward to working with Mika on this unprecedented campaign."

Now 51, Salo competed in Formula One between 1994 and 2002, with a best ranking of 10th in the world championship in 1999, when he stood in for the injured Michael Schumacher at Ferrari for six races, scoring two podiums places. He also won the GT2 class in the 2008 and 2009 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Shares in Global Gaming 555 AB (STO:GLOBAL) were trading down 1.35 per cent at SEK29.20 per share in Stockholm Friday morning.
