Online betting and gaming operator Betway has signed its latest betting partnership in the German Bundesliga following an agreement with Hannover 96.

The three-year-deal to serve as Hannover 96’s official betting partner follows on from last week’s agreement with rival Bundesliga club Fortuna Düsseldorf and an existing partnership with Werder Bremen.

“The German market is very important to Betway, so I’m delighted to announce our second deal of the summer with a Bundesliga club,” said Betway managing director Antony Werkman. “Hannover 96 is an established first league team and they’re another exciting side to be involved with.

“We’re looking forward to the coming seasons in what will hopefully work out to be a great partnership for the club, the fans and us.”

Betway also sponsors English Premier League side West Ham United, and has partnerships with Belgian First Division A club Anderlecht, Italian Serie A giants AS Roma and three Spanish La Liga clubs, Deportivo Alaves, CD Leganés and Levante UD.

“We really appreciate that we could convince Betway to become our betting partner,” said Martin Kind, chief executive of Hannover 96. “We are looking forward to a high-performing partnership with an innovative output.”
