The UK Advertising Standards Authority has upheld complaints against two online gaming operators for ads that may have been viewed by minors, despite the lack of evidence for one ad and the appearance of the second on a device used by an adult to access betting and other adult content.

Greentube and William Hill, whose in-app ads were the subject of the complaints, both stressed that they had taken reasonable steps to ensure that their ads were only served to adults.
