Stockholm-listed operator LeoVegas has agreed to sponsor hit TV game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? in Ireland.

Hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, the TV show returns to Virgin One Media in Ireland for a 10 episode series, airing every night across one week from yesterday (January 1st) until January 6th, and again from March 4th to March 7th.

The sponsorship deal follows LeoVegas’ exclusive launch of Big Time Gaming’s Who Wants to Be A Millionaire MEGAWAYS slot game in November.

“Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? is a much-loved TV game show with a legion of fans across Ireland and around the world, so we’re thrilled to be supporting the show as it returns in the new year,” said LeoVegas marketing manager Meghna Khanna.

“The sponsorship is the perfect extension of the brand-new Who wants to be a Millionaire MEGAWAYS slot game which launched exclusively on LeoVegas in November and has seen great success thus far, so it’s a pleasure to sponsor the show furthering our commitment to customers and fans of the programme.

Shares in LeoVegas AB (STO:LEO) were trading up 1.31 per cent at SEK40.28 per share in Stockholm Wednesday morning.
