Malta-based online casino operator Cashmio has selected Fast Track as its customer relationship management solutions provider.

The agreement marks Fast Track’s first external licensing deal for its pioneering CRM software, which it already supplies to the likes of Metal Casino, Ikibu and Casino Calzone through a management and technology services agreement.

“When searching for a CRM solution, we struggled to find the right product that matched our requirements as a brand,” said Cashmio chief executive Maria Boelius. “But after speaking with the team at Fast Track, it was clear the Fast Track CRM was the tool for us to achieve our objectives.”

Fast Track CRM enables Cashmio Casino to manage, automate and analyse all aspects of the player journey in real time through a single solution.
