Russian sports betting operator BetCity has entered into an exclusive partnership with French Ligue 1 football club AS Monaco for the next two seasons.

Betcity will serve as the first official regional partner in Russia for the club, whose team lineup includes Aleksandr Golovin of the Russian national team.

The partnership is part of AS Monaco’s international development strategy and follows the recent launch of Chinese and Russian-language content on its media channels.

“We are very happy to bring the Club closer to our Russian fans through our partnership with BetCity, famous sponsor of CSKA Moscow,” said AS Monaco commercial and marketing director Juli Ferré Nadal. “Russia is a key market for us, and we are convinced that this collaboration will contribute to the development and consolidation of our relationship with Russian sports lovers.

“AS Monaco and BetCity will take a step forward to achieve common ambitions and join forces in the digital area to provide interesting and exclusive content for the fans. We will also bring the opportunity for BetCity players to discover and enjoy VIP experiences at Stade Louis-II here in Monaco. It’s an exciting new adventure.”
