Bally Technologies has acquired the B2B online gaming platform and business of Malta-based Chiligaming for an undisclosed amount.
Chiligaming founder and CEO Alexandre Dreyfus will join Bally along with his team of 20 but the company’s B2C business will continue to operate separately under the Chilipoker and Chilicasino brands.
