Canada’s Amaya Gaming Group said Tuesday that it intends to acquire compulsorily the remaining 8.85 per cent of shares in CryptoLogic which have not yet accepted the company’s offer, following the delisting of CryptoLogic's shares from NASDAQ expected later today.
The deadline period for the company’s offer to acquire online casino games developer CryptoLogic expired yesterday, having been extended five times since the initial announcement was made in February of this year.
