Astra Games Limited, a UK-based wholly owned subsidiary of Austrian gaming giant Novomatic, has completed the acquisition of various Danoptra assets including Gamestec Leisure, Bell-Fruit Games, RLMS Sales and Mazooma Interactive Games.
The deal has been formally concluded following clearance from the UK’s Office of Fair Trading (OFT) earlier this month, and follows initial talks which began back in 2009.
