Cantor Gaming has signed an exclusive provisional agreement to provide an intrastate online poker platform for California-based thoroughbred racing and breeding association, Horse Racing United.
The agreement has been formed in anticipation of the California legislature legalizing online poker, which is unlikely to occur before 2014 following the withdrawal of Senator Roderick Wright’s online poker bill in June.
