The Audiovisual Council of Catalonia has asked the government to investigate a potential breach of advertising regulations by broadcaster Antena 3, after the channel aired an advertisement for bwin’s Binguez.es brand outside of permissible hours.
The audiovisual council said it had received complaints about two advertisements which were broadcast outside of the 22:00hrs to 06:00hrs time slot during which online gambling advertisements may be broadcast in Spain.
