Australia’s Tatts Group has secured the exclusive rights to manage South Australia Lotteries’ brand and products for the next forty years.
Tatts will manage the lottery and wide area Keno service in South Australia on behalf of the government-owned Lotteries Commission of South Australia for an upfront consideration of AUD$427m which will be funded from existing debt facilities.
