Austria’s Novomatic Group has acquired an 80 per cent stake in Italian gaming machines and video lottery terminal (VLT) operator Sogeslot.
The acquisition agreement was signed December 4th between Sogeslot and Novomatic’s wholly owned subsdidiary Adria Gaming International.
Sogeslot is an estbalished gaming machines business in central and northern Italy, serving as a holding company from six operating companies which are currently indirectly majority owned by Italian gaming machines group Melonari.
