California to consider new online gaming bill in 2012

California Senate President Darrell Steinberg said Monday that the state will not move forward this year on efforts to legalise online gaming due to the limited time available before the end of the current legislative year, but fully expects to  have an “objective proposal” developed before the legislature reconvenes in 2012.
