PokerStars has agreed to acquire The Atlantic Club casino and hotel in Atlantic City for an undisclosed amount, pending the grant of an Interim Casino Authorisation by New Jersey regulators.
PokerStars’ plan to acquire the struggling Atlantic City casino first came to light in December after the state legislator gave final approval to New Jersey’s internet gaming bill on December 11th.
