The Nevada Gaming Commission has launched a public consultation on potential interactive gaming revenue sharing agreements with other states, ahead of the adoption of regulations authorising Governor Brian Sandoval to enter into compacts with other states.
The Gaming Commission is inviting stakeholders to submit comments on a number of questions which would impact the drafting of interstate online gaming regulations as required under the recently enacted Assembly Bill 114.
Stakeholders are requested to specifically address five points.
