Online gaming software and services provider Playtech has signed joint venture agreements with Germany’s Gauselmann and South Africa’s Peermont to focus on new online gaming opportunities in the two countries.
The long-term equal joint venture with Merkur Interactive GmbH, the online division of the Gauselmann Group, will offer broad-based gaming and sports betting products and services, subject to legislation.
