Dutch gaming regulator the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has appointed Marja Appelman to its board of directors, replacing interim director Peter Plug.
Appelman is a qualified economist and currently works at Strategies in Regulated Markets (SiRM), a consultancy which advises a number of organisations including insurers and governments on health economics, specialising in regulation, market analysis and quality transparency.
