Full Tilt chief executive Raymond Bitar surrendered to US authorities in New York Monday and appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Debra Freeman to plead not guilty to illegal gambling and fraud charges.
Bitar returned voluntarily to the United States to face the April 15th 2011 charges against him and was arrested upon arrival at New York’s John F. Kennedy airport.
