Penn National Gaming has applied for licensing to operate Video Lottery Terminals (VLT) at its Ohio racetracks, alongside an application to relocate the tracks and create new $125m racetrack and VLT facilities under its Hollywood Slots brand.
Subject to approval, Penn National will relocate Beulah Park in Columbus to Austintown, and Raceway Park in Toledo to Dayton, where it will install up to 1,500 VLTs per facility.
