BetClic Everest Group subsidiary bet-at-home.com has confirmed that it will appeal the decision of a court in Austria which ordered the company to return nearly €1m to a customer in the country.
The unnamed Austrian resident had lost more than €1m playing online at bet-at-home.com over the course of a few months. He subsequently sued bet-at-home.com, claiming that the company did not have a valid gaming licence to operate in Austria.
