Germany’s Tipp24 has invested £10m to acquire a stake in Roboreus, the UK-licensed developer of the Geosweep online location-based lottery game.
Tipp24 said that the deal was an important step for both parties as part of their international expansion strategy.
“The investment is an important step in the internationalisation of Tipp24,” said Tipp24 CEO Hans Cornehl. “GeoSweep is one of the few truly attractive product innovations in the entire online lottery business over the last ten years.”
