England’s Court of Appeal handed down judgement Wednesday in the case brought by Football DataCo Ltd and Others against sports data provider Sportradar and bookmaker Stan James.
In its decision, the Court of Appeal reversed the initial judgement of the High Court of Justice which held in May 2012 that Sportradar was not liable for database right infringement.
