The Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association’s (GBGA) legal challenge against the impending introduction of the UK's Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act is to be heard in the High Court after a judge gave permission to launch a judicial review.
The High Court will now examine the new legislation later this month on September 23rd and 24th, to determine whether its terms are in breach of European Union law.
