The European Commission has launched two studies related to the prevention and fight against betting-related match-fixing, which are both expected to be finalised by mid-2014.
The Commission intends to adopt a recommendation on best practices in the prevention and combatting of betting-related match-fixing. The two studies, which are expected to be finalised by mid-2014, will gather evidence and contribute to the preparation of the recommendation.
