The Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) in the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) has initiated legal proceedings against an online betting operator for alleged illegal use of NSW race fields information.
The OLGR alleges that Vanuatu-based operator BetJack illegally published NSW race fields information on its website in May to solicit a greyhound race bet in the city of Dubbo.
