International Game Technology (IGT) has appointed former Amazon Payments vice president Will Daugherty as general manager of its social casino business DoubleDown Interactive.
In his new role Daugherty will be responsible for the day-to-day management of DoubleDown, looking to grow revenue and the product’s player base. He has also been tasked with overseeing DoubleDown’s expansion into new markets and onto new distribution platforms.
